SITE REQUIREMENTS

Since KP2 BBQ cooks for you at your event location, there are a few things that are required:

A place to set up our BBQ trailer, grills and smokers. We need a flat, level area that is at least 20ft x 20ft, and that can be easily accessed. The area can be grass, gravel or paved, but please no areas that could potentially be damaged by the weight of the trailer and equipment. The area should not be accessible to children or pets.

Access to electricity for at least two extension cords. If you do not have electricity available at your location, then we will bring our own generator. Please keep in mind that generators do make some noise, so you would want to have us set up in an area that would not bother your guests.

Access to water for cleaning and hand washing. If your location does not have a clean water source, we can bring our own water but we would need a location to dispose of the used water.

Access to a restroom or port-a-potty. BBQ takes hours to cook correctly, so … we’ll need a restroom. You don’t have to supply us with our own personal facilities. Whatever facilities you are providing for your guests will be fine.
